I can't get enough of these outfits that are klassic! Especially now with how skanky they make the girls look! I understand that you want some allure for sex appeal but it is ridiculous! All you have to do is make them kick ass! Watch the fight! All I see during the fight is combos and counters!
RAIN REVEAL VIDEO
In 1996 we saw the release of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. If you watched the demo part of it you would see a purple pallet swap ninja named Rain fighting Shao Khan on one of the new stages. When this first came out there were so many different rumors on how to unlock or fight against Rain I wouldn't even know where to begin. Well Rain's evolution has led him to become DLC. Awesome!

If you don't want the character Skarlet you must download the compatiblity pack if you are going to play online. The compatiblity pack allows you to view Skarlet but not use her on your system and comes with the Sektor and Cyrax alternate outfits. This compatiblity pack is a free download!
SKARLET AND OTHER DLC CHARACTERS
Skarlet has been known about for a while, but today a background vignette was released that tells about Skarlet's origins. The most important part of the video is at the end where it shows four downloadable characters. Skarlet is the first, Kenshi is the second, Rain the third (unanounced), and the fourth is labeled ???.
